Return Policy


E Nolan creates pieces with close attention to detail and quality. We are committed to client quality and fit satisfaction. E Nolan made-to-measure garments are tailored to a client’s specific fit we are unable to offer returns due to a change of mind for made-to-measure.


E Nolan accepts returns on full priced items within 7 days of receiving your order for a credit, exchange or refund. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition. Please note, the cost of return postage is at the customer’s own expense. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

To organise a credit or refund or exchange please emaile@enolan.com.auand we will provide instructions on how to return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note, returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our head office. Please ensure you package your return with care to prevent any damages and provide a tracking number to our customer service team. 

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or with a garment fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact e@enolan.com.au
