Australia

For orders within Australia we charge a flat rate of $14. Orders will be sent within two business days of processing your order. Orders are sent during business hours between Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia post. Shipping is not covered by insurance. Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation via email with your Australia Post tracking number. 

2-5 days delivery to all major cities in Australia. If your order is placed over the weekend, it will be dispatched on the following Monday. Please allow an extra 24 hours processing time on public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number which will allow you to track your delivery.

Australia Post will require a signature upon delivery of your parcel. Delivery may be signed for by anyone at the nominated delivery address. If this cannot be achieved, the driver will leave a delivery card at your nominated delivery address detailing how and when the delivery can be collected.

If the parcel is not collected or returned to E Nolan, re-sending this parcel to your nominated address will incur an additional $12 AUD standard shipping fee.

International

International shipping is available, costs and time frames vary. Costs vary based on the number of items purchased, total cost of order and the destination country. If you would like to place an order with us, please contact us at e@enolan.com.au to discuss purchase and delivery options available to you.

International orders are sent using DHL Express, which offers full tracking from despatch to delivery. The shipping time is 2 to 6 business days, which varies from country to country. However, these delivery times are estimates only and unforeseen delays in shipping during peak times may occur.

Please ensure a safe delivery address is provided as E Nolan cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels or parcels delivered to the incorrect address (where an incorrect address was provided).

A final shipping cost will be automatically calculated when completing your purchase at the online checkout, based on the delivery address. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If shipping to a business address please include name of the business and full address in the shipping information upon checkout.

Please note that all international orders may be subject to local charges. Any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and are to be paid for by the recipient. As customs policies vary between countries, we strongly recommend checking your local customs advisory website prior to placing an order to see what charges may be payable. If purchasing outside of Australia, Australian GST will be removed at time of checkout.

If duties and taxes apply, you will be contacted on your nominated phone number and be requested to pay such fees.

E Nolan cannot be held responsible for any customs tax charged, such fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid within the time requested by Australia Post.

Failure to pay any duties or taxes in the required timeframe will result in your parcel being returned to E Nolan and a redelivery fee equivalent to the initial postage charge will be payable to resend the package. Please ensure a suitable contact phone number is provided at the time of ordering to ensure Australia Post can contact you for any relevant customs requirements. Please note that emails are not available for customs notifications.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email detailing the package tracking number and a link to track the delivery via Australia Post.

We strongly suggest selecting a business address that is occupied between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday as your nominated delivery address. While our couriers will make every attempt to contact you if you are not present at your nominated address at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left in the safest location possible in the event we can’t reach you. In this instance, we do not accept liability for lost or damaged items.

DHL requires a signature upon receipt of delivery. This will be attempted two times with a delivery card left with each attempt. If the courier on the second attempt cannot contact you, you will incur their fee of redelivery, or package will be taken to their depot. Should you not pick up the package from the depot within 7 days, or you do not make contact, the item will be returned to E Nolan as undeliverable and you will be notified. Re-delivery will be charged should you confirm you would like re-delivery of the package to you again.

Returns

E Nolan creates pieces with close attention to detail and quality. We are committed to client quality and fit satisfaction. E Nolan made-to-measure garments are tailored to a client’s specific fit. We are unable to offer returns due to a change of mind for made-to-measure.

E Nolan accepts returns on full priced items within 7 days of receiving your order for a credit, exchange or refund. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition. Please note, the cost of return postage is at the customer’s own expense.

If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.

To organise a credit or refund or exchange please email and we will provide instructions on how to return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note, returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our head office. Please ensure you package your return with care to prevent any damages and provide a tracking number to our customer service team.
