Self measurement guide

A how-to guide on taking your measurements

BODY MEASUREMENTS

CHEST

Take a soft tape measure and wrap it under your armpits at the widest part of your chest.

The tape measure should be snug around your chest and shoulder blades, but not so tight that it compresses your chest.

BODY MEASUREMENTS

WAIST

Find the top of your hip bone and the bottom of your ribs.

Breathe out normally. Place the tape measure midway between these points, in line with your belly button, and wrap it around your waist loose enough to fit one finger inside the tape.

BODY MEASUREMENTS

HIP

Place your feet together, toes facing forward.

Find the widest part of your hips, take your tape measure and hold one end against your body and wrap it around you at your widest point until the two ends meet making sure the tape is straight and held close to your body

BODY MEASUREMENTS

BICEP

Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part or fullest point of your upper arm.
